My teens had a great experience at Destiney Dental Lansing location! Leslie and Dr Archer were professional, patient and supportive. Dr Archer did a good job identifying the issue for one of my kids and explained the importance of taking care of his teeth. The staff worked together and were very professional, the office is clean and easy to locate. Keep up the good work!

Ok so went in to get a tooth extracted i had a little pain dr patel still chose to remove my tooth she did a great job on the extraction !! but did not want to prescribe me any pain medication so after the numbing medicine wore off i felt hella pain!!!! Me knowing something is wrong i went back to the dentist office to see dr patel the next day asking for pain medicine front desk told me I didn’t need medication for pain anyway arguing letting them no it’s know it’s No way I should be in pain another day went by im still in pain I go back up there letting her know something is wrong my mouth should not be hurting like this after an extraction she look at my tooth said this was normal and there was nothing she could do now I got my tooth pulled Wednesday here it is Monday at 3:33 am!! And I’m still in excruciating pain I can’t wait for them to open cause obviously there’s something wrong an infection of some kind there’s no way I should still be in pain no way !!! Umm antibiotic please 🙏🏾!!! Day 5 update i went back to dental office and they were so nice on helping me get this resolved even gave me a different dentist that i truly appreciate no one knows the pain of a tooth so anyway IM satisfied the staff deserves a 10 especially the manager I love how she carries herself she stepped in to help me i so appreciate the staff has great customer service overall !!! Thanks guy’s for the help and support!!

Been coming here for years now and I must say, the front desk makes a disappointing first impression every single time. The tone and attitude from these ladies is awful. And do not even get me started on the waiting time. It is absolutely ridiculous! They even got a baby up there with them, that is so unprofessional, is there any management happening here?? They need to do better training or something, however the doctors are great! Very nice, it honestly what keeps me coming to this place, hence the 3 stars. If the wait time was less, 4-5 stars for sure.

VERY DISSATISFIED in the way I was treated today by the dentist (Dr. Patel). She didn't care about causing me pain. I nearly jumped out of the seat when she hit a sensitive spot on my gums & teeth. She didn't apologize either. She scraped the plaque off my teeth aggressively. She didnt pay attention to body language or anything. Or maybe she did & just kept going. Its like she had an attitude/problem with me. I pick up on vibes & energy very well. I do not think I will be returning here. Only pleasant part about my visit today was my cleaning with the DA. She very sweet & pleasant. The previous dentist that was working there was better. Don't go here if you have sensitive teeth & gums like I do.
