Avril is great to work with, so friendly and very knowledgeable! We used her services to book our honeymoon in 2019 and once we were ready to travel again, we used her services to book our Walt Disney World vacation. For both trips, she provided varying price options that fit within our budgets. She ensured we provided the right documentation, especially flying out of the country, and was always accessible via text, call or email. A month or so before we left for Disney, she reached out to finalize our payments and to go over new updates (i.e. Genie+) from Disney. I can't wait to continue using Destinations Travel Services for future trips.

Thank you Avril at Destinations Travel Services for bringing our dream wedding to life! Jamaica is by far one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever traveled! Avril made the entire process run so smoothly. All the way from wedding planning to traveling during a pandemic, Avril was always there making things easier for our family and friends. At times, some of our group felt hesitant to travel during Covid, however, Avril was right there sharing a step by step video and inviting us into her office to make sure we had the extra paperwork needed to travel in and out of the country. Traveling during covid had no impact on the amount of relaxation and fun we experienced at our wedding, on our excursions, or at the resort. The Royalton Blue Waters is an amazing resort that catered to our entire group. The property is gorgeous, the staff is top notch, and the sense of security makes you feel at home. Our two children 9 and 12 were able to enjoy the resort as much as adults in our group! Avril also assisted us in booking our excursions through Jefit Bradshaw tours, which included a private catamaran trip to Dunn’s River Falls, snorkeling, and a visit to Margaritaville. We had the time of our lives with Jefit!!! He welcomed us with open arms, made us feel safe leaving the resort (which was worrisome for some of our travelers), filled us with knowledge about his country, and gave us an experience we will cherish for a lifetime! Even during a pandemic we were able to have the wedding of our dreams and enjoyed our vacation to its fullest. Avril is truly the best and we can’t wait to book another vacation with her!!!

Did a great job booking our cruise this winter used them again. Karen was able to get us a stateroom in the area we wanted in the price range we were looking for. She took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the deal and got it locked in.

Avril and her team are outstanding. They have planned multiple trips for my family and the vacations to Mexico and Europe were amazing. Always professional and great insight on where you are going/what you are doing. And if you have any problems you want them there to help you. Highly recommend!
