Review for Design Cafe I recently got my 3BHK home interiors done by Design Cafe (Project No: DC1062551) in Bangalore, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the very first design discussion to the final handover, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and professionally managed. A heartfelt thanks to Rukshan, my designer, for her creativity, patience, and ability to perfectly understand my taste and requirements. She transformed my ideas into elegant, functional designs that made excellent use of space. Saqlain, the project manager, ensured flawless coordination and timely updates throughout the project, while Arul Mani, the carpenter, and his team, delivered exceptional craftsmanship with precise attention to detail — every piece of work reflects quality and care. The final result has truly exceeded my expectations — my home feels stylish, comfortable, and perfectly tailored to my lifestyle. I’ve shared some pictures of the completed interiors so others can see the beautiful work done by the team. Thank you, Design Cafe, for turning my dream home into reality. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a creative and reliable interior design partner!

Giving the 5 star rating for DC designer Swathi. We are lucky to have her assigned as the designer for our dream home. Her valuable inputs and efforts has provided a perfect output which was awesome. The design was much appreciated by everyone who visits our house. The cons about DC comes after the design phase. During the installation, there were no proper communication and updates, we had to visit the site frequently to check the installation progress. The final quality check done was not proper and was not sure whether the quality check was actually done.So we had to personally check and find out the installation issues, which was then fixed by DC.

Our experience with DeaignCafé is not very good. The process was very slow, it took time to implement the project. The communications and contact with the designer who was in charge was very difficult, that is from both sides. In the beginning they asked for the designers payment and then asked for another payment and then asked for the full payment to be sent for the production. Until we pay in full amount they do not proceed for the production. So we payed in full but took almost 3 months to complete the job, which they said 42 days. So due to problem with the communication and contact with the designer few changes had to be made, that came with extra cost. We were expecting the unit has gone for the production but did not only after the full payment. Now we got to wait for the next project to be completed, still pending. The person who is charge with the installation and the carpenters went very well, they did a good job and the job well done. Photos attached

5 star for Mr. Anandsagar (Project Manager) – He was extremely supportive and communicative throughout the production phase. His professionalism and constant updates made the process much smoother. However, my experience with Ms. Pallavi (Designer) was disappointing. She did not disclose all the necessary details during the design stage, which led to major issues later. When we escalated our concerns to the higher management, the team neither agreed to rectify nor replace the product. Additionally, Design Cafe’s policy of collecting the full payment before installation puts the customer at a disadvantage, as there is no flexibility for refunds or corrections once payment is made. Overall, I truly appreciate Mr. Anandsagar’s efforts but am highly dissatisfied with the company’s after-sales service and lack of accountability from the design team. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be availing Design Cafe’s services for our future projects.
