Design Mantra has been the 1 stop solution for crafting our house to a Home. Sachin and Ashwini Madam have been superbly involved in the designing of things. They took note of our every need/wish to have in the design and incorporated it very gracefully. We have given them the project as Turn Key. Sachin sir and Ashwini mam are really hard working power couple I have seen lately. Pros :- 1. Great Knowledge of latest trends. 2. Very helpful in design phase. 3. They collaborate as their own piece of property/home. 😍 4. Very patient in understanding our needs. 🤩 5. Superbly hard working and dedicated. 👍 6. Very detailed guidance was provided throughout the design phase. 7. Involved in all steps of designs. Visited shops for selections with us and gave very nice suggestions and inputs. Really without them we would have made a mess of the house. 🤩 Cons :- 1. There vendors are not as professional as the core team. We had Vendor for Furniture named Suresh Sharma 😓 2. Lack of attention to details in execution phase. 3. Too much followups for Vendors. 4. Finishing touches are missed. 😞 5. Many of the vendors are money minded and twist the situations for their own good. 😠 6. Miscommunication while dealing their vendors. 7. Big delays from the vendors. 😡 Giving 4 stars or may be 3 stars for the trouble we had to go through after the project handover, for closing on small things related to furnitures and paintings. Few small issues took almost 6 months to close after frequent followups and got lame reasons for delays (project execution took around 4 months). Design Mantra has the full potential to go even bigger provided they improve on their processes, communications and more importantly - Their Vendors. All the best to Design Mantra team
