Night time receiver is kind. Just be polite and you'll be golden. They now want photos of the seal and temp of the refer when checking in. Also need license and DoT number. Took off 1 star for the small yard but all in all not a bad place. Be ready for some interesting turns to get into the building though. Also 1 way in/out. Don't clog up the street!

Arrived 0700 for a 1000 appointment. Was told to come park in the 6 parking locations inside the gate.These parking spaces are marked with lines. Snug the wall or grass. The yard individual was quick to get my temp and seal. Went back inside, checking in, and assigned a door quickly. The docks are a bit tight. Now, I'm waiting for unloading. Update: My steer tire went flat, and the yard man found an air line jack for me to borrow to refill it. Above and beyond tyvm 😊

They only allow you to arrive 3 hours before your appointment when it's for pick-up. Since it has a door, they finish super fast. The only problem is the woman at check-in and check-out has a very bad attitude, she has no manners. I don't understand why she works there. If you don't like the job, leave it... after all, it's okay.

Feel free to park on the street if you arrive at night, but space is limited due to local trucks. The loading process at the dock is quite efficient, just remember to remove the red airline once you're docked. After unloading, you can park by the shipping office or wait in the yard until they call you for paperwork.no over night parking over there
