Everything about my first visit was pleasant. It was clear that every team member was extremely knowledgeable and that they would make the right decision for their patient's best outcome. Individualized care was evident. If something was unnecessary, they took the time to explain why we were planning things without that particular service, and what steps they would be taking next to achieve the best result. Communication was excellent. It was probably one of the most targeted and thorough exams I've ever had, and the cleaning by the hygienist could not have been more gentle. Every team member was above average with their skillset. Additionally, they were able to quote the coverage before performing the services and ensure that there was no surprise billing. They truly cared about only using what I needed, and planning the best coverage for me throughout the cycle. One team member also mentioned that they "do not discriminate" and would provide services regardless of the coverage level. It felt very good knowing my benefits were supporting a team that would help someone who needed it - and the services performed deserved every penny. 100% recommend this practice. Professional.
