Friendly reception. The dental hygienist, Heidi, was careful and efficient and thorough . She checked in with me during procedure to make sure that I was comfortable etc. which I really appreciated. Positive experience.

Like most, the dentist is not my preferred way to spend time, however, these staff seem very comfortable and happy with their work. One receptionist sings along to the radio and has a lovely voice. I listen for her toons whenever I come. While it is nearly impossible to participate in the conversation with your mouth opened, the hygienists engaged in entertaining dialogue about their families. Who knew dentists had a sense of humour? LoL! For a day I was not particularly looking forward too, Gravenhurst Dental team made it very pleasant. They are well aware of dentist anxiety and made me feel comfortable. That is a well honed level of professionalism and patient awareness that I appreciate. It does not occur in every dental office and I have been to several during my 75 years. Thank you for a lovely visit. I highly recommend y'all. Mary
