Terrible experience today with the receptionist. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment because I was feeding my newborn. I tried calling to explain when she told me we’ll be closing in 20 minutes. I didn’t understand why they’d book me this late in the first place. I told her that I’m walking towards the clinic and she said ok. When I arrived there she started shouting in an aggressive tone saying it’s not acceptable that you’re late. When I tried explaining she did not listen or care. I don’t mind her saying sorry we’re closing and we won’t be able to take you in. But her tone and attitude were very unacceptable. She let me in surprisingly saying that the doctor will only conduct a check up. The doctor was actually very nice and friendly. But unfortunately I won’t return to this clinic due to their terrible customer service, which I did not encounter in any clinic before.

I had a wonderful experience at the dentist! The hygienist was incredibly friendly and kind, which made me feel really comfortable. I always have a wonderful experience at this office. Even when I got them confused with my old dentist office,they helped me organize my appointments and information with no hassel. The staff has always been professional and caring to my family with what ever we need. It is a lovely office, lovely staff! It's very clean with the latest technology. I'm very happy I found them. 5 stars !
