If I could give zero stars, I would. Porter Dental was unprofessional from the moment I scheduled. They changed my appointment the day before without properly confirming with me, and on the actual day, they had me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour past my scheduled time. When I was finally taken to the back, I sat for another 15 minutes before the dentist and assistant came in—only for them to keep leaving the room because they forgot materials. This didn’t just happen once, but multiple times, wasting even more of my time. The dentist was extremely rough. She missed the anesthesia injection THREE times before finally getting it right, which was painful and completely avoidable if she had taken her time. Instead of providing proper care, they rushed through everything because they were “closing soon,” despite my appointment being two hours, initially 3 hours before their posted closing time. To top it off, they only filled ONE of the three cavities I was scheduled for, giving me the flimsy excuse that they didn’t want me to bite my tongue. If that was truly a concern, they should have scheduled the work properly—this felt like pure laziness. This place clearly does not value their patients’ time, comfort, or dental health. I left frustrated, in pain, and with two untreated cavities. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office entirely

Yesterday when I visited Dennis, I love my visit there they treated me with much respect They were very kind and clean. They kept things wiped down and cleaned up. I do enjoy my visit there. I would recommend them to friends and family thank y’all for my visitor. God bless much respect.

I was notified at my appt that my insurance wasn’t valid second one was canceled because it was a scheduling mistake and my third one I finally got seen today. The staff was friendly and relatable. The office needs some updating The pictures on the wall need to be updated and changed, I would like to see more people of the patient demographics on the walls and an interior upgrade in the waiting area is much needed.Scheduling here needs to be improved other then that Thanks for having me I’ll see you on my next visit don’t cancel on me now.

I like portal dental a lot since it was Kool Smiles and I recommend them to every parent for their child(ren) needs. They just need to start the appointments on the exact time that is given. But everything else is fine by me
