Absolutely amazing manner towards adults but most importantly children. Our 6 year old twins had their first exam and cleaning, and Dr.Hartwig took the time to explain every tool she used and explained thoroughly what would happen at each step. Constantly complimenting our girls, and making them feel very safe! When leaving, they felt so comfortable they hugged her goodbye. Anna, the receptionist is knowledgeable, friendly and super great at her job. Very thankful for Dr.Hartwig & her great staff
