This place is terrible. There was no microwave/refrigerator. Pillows were about 3" thick. TV didn't work and desk person told me I had to call 800 number to try and fix it. Of course I did not have account info to do so. Shower knob fell off when trying to take shower. Next day, the knob was on so tight, I couldn't pull it out to make shower work. And I am a very physically fit person. Two others in my party paid for king bed rooms, and got full size...one was mattress on futon type frame. Gal at desk said they do not even have King beds in ANY rooms. DON"T DO IT!!! You won't get your money back!! Bathroom door did not have knob. Just swung on hinges. Gal said no extra plastic cups available.

This is the sketchiest place I have ever booked. This is a one star hotel. We checked in, were handed keys and pulled around the back to our room. There were unsavory people dealing drugs, no lights on the dead end. We went to front desk and let her know we would not be staying there. She said we would get refund. Owners refused to actually process refund. Stay away!!!!

I should have checked the pillows earlier in the night. The one was as hard as a brick and the other one may have been ok but it was so thin. I really did not get much sleep. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door and one of the light bulbs was out in the bathroom. I know I paid for the cheapest room but it was definitely bare bones.

Stayed there for 8 days, don’t even think about getting anything on the blankets or they won’t give you your deposit back. They didn’t ask us ONCE if we needed anything from the housekeepers and we were there for EIGHT days. We even made sure to clean it before we left and they still almost didn’t give our deposit back, AND made us wait over THIRTY minutes to come to the front desk when we checked out, oh and they charged us wrong the last night and called us to give them $12 that they messed up BUT they couldn’t give us towels after we called multiple times.
