Raquel did a fantastic job! I absolutely loved my hair coloring. She helped me choose the perfect color to add spark to my hair. She was pleasant & engaging the whole time I was in the chair. She styled it exactly how I wanted it. I was genuinely excited when she finished and I hadn't felt that way about a new hair style in a long time. Mya also did a great job on shaping & waxing my eyebrows. I had a lash lift & tint. I really like that, no need for mascara.

I've always wanted to do a balayage dye treatment for my hair, but the first time I tried it... it was a disaster. That was long before I tried Definition Salon and Spa. When I saw they offered balayage I was tempted to give it another shot and I'm glad I was feeling adventurous today and did so. Katie did a great job listening to what I wanted and my fears regarding my past experiences with balayage. The final product is a gorgeous new fall look that flashes blonde against copper. I'm very pleased! Look forward to seeing you guys again in December. :)

Mia kills it every time!! You can tell she is a professional and has mastered her craft. I'm always blown away with the end results, and she's always achieved what I've asked for. She is very efficient with her time--my color/cut appointment is always completed in a timely manner--the most efficient I've every experienced. In addition, she's very knowledgeable about hair products. I've used products she's recommended and those have been a major success as well. Love Mia, she's the best!!

I rate this visit and my past visits with an "excellent" rating. Amanda is incredibly talented, and her technique is flawless. My haircut is easily styled at home. I receive many compliments on my hair, and not just from females, but men as well. I consider myself lucky to have found her as my hair is a big part of my identity. The staff is friendly, efficient and the salon is clean and welcoming, with so many options for clients to pick from.
