Hi my name is Mike and I live in Boca Raton FL. I’ve had a deco boat lift for about two years. I’m writing this review because of their exception customer service. As all boaters know, things happen. Well same with boat lifts. I purchased a Grady White because of their exceptional customer service and I am now happy to say I’m glad I purchased a deco boat lift because of their great customer service. I was having a small cable issue and Chris literally called me and said hey Mike I’m driving back from another call and saw your message and was wondering if you were home so I can stop by. Of course the answer was come on by. Chris was awesome, patient, professional and very knowledgeable. He wasn’t rushed and fixed everything in an hour or so. Not to mention he programmed my second remote for me. I highly recommend their lifts because of their service! Everybody sells lifts, not everybody has exceptional customer service and stands behind their product. Well done Chris, Richard and the entire Deco boat lift team.

If you are on the fence trying to decide on which lift you want look now further than Deco. I have worked on every brand of lift at one time or another and can honestly tell you that Deco makes the absolute best lift out there. I've had my DECO boat lift for 16 years, three different boats. Not one problem. They make superior boat lifts. Box beam is much more structurally sound than I beams. Welded construction means less bolts and nuts (fail points).

Just bought a 13k beamless lift from Chris. Installed and wired myself. The TEC controls are great. I really like the remote-control light feature I didn't know I was getting. I am so happy to have bought a Deco lift. Everyone that sees it is so impressed with the quality and craftmanship. All the parts were there, every nut and bolt. Cables were the perfect length, and the lift works like a dream. So glad I don't have to pull the trailer down to the ramp anymore. I 100% recommend Deco Boat Lifts!!! From making first contact and Chris delivering the lift himself, giving tips for the installation, everything was top notch. Thank you Chris and the DECO Team!!! YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
