Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.
