Starting with the positive is the tech arrived to my place within 25 - 30 minutes of the service call. Life saver as both cars were stuck inside the garage. I was quoted $675 for 2 “COMMERCIAL SPRINGS.” One snapped but we were replacing both. Got him down to $600 and he began installation. As installation was nearing an end I noticed one spring was smaller than the other. The tech then tells me one is the commercial grade and one is regular and proceeds to speed talk and frantically tells me it’s ok. I question him why would you install two different sizes? He says he only had one commercial grade in the car and would have to leave to get another one which if he did he would charge me to take the one he put up off and install another and for having to come back. Wth? I’m trying to ask him why didn’t you ask me if I was ok with installing two different springs? Why would you charge me $600 for TWO commercial grade springs but only install one? Did you think I wouldn’t notice? I’m trying to ask him these question but he continues to talk over me convincing me it’s ok. NO NOT OK. I called the number to speak to the person who sent this guy and explained everything. He dropped the price down to $525 and rightfully so! But by now I had felt deceived and lost all trust. Be upfront about what is happening. Charge fairly. It takes years to build a trust worthy reputation amongst the community and it’s a shame this lad did this. BUYER BEWARE
