Dayton, has the worse driver attitudes I have encountered in over 20 years of warehousing. Want to arrive early for pickup windows and say it either now or we don't get it. Why have a window then??? Also, load blocked in trailer and we asked a driver to move load to where we can unload with forklift. He just moves his pallet jack and stands around talking on his phone. We wound up moving the load to access it. Lazy and rude all the way around.

Package was scheduled for delivery Friday the 28th. The driver was supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. She did not. I called to get an update. She said she was here and left because no one was here. We agreed to meet at 1 pm. I showed up at 1 pm and waited till 1:30. I called and did not recieve and answer this time. So I called the office. They advised that she did come by again, but no one was here so she left. I asked if they are supposed to call prior to arrival. He stated yes. 30 minutes prior. I said that she did not, twice now and we agreed to meet at 1. He said she was there at 12:45, no one was there and she left. So we agreed to have the packages delivered Monday 7-1-2024 between 9 am and 12 pm. I called at 12:40 to get and eta on when they would be here. I advised that they were supposed to be here between 9-12. I was tranfered to dispatch. He stated "I have bad news and I have good news" The bad news is your packages got lost. So they didn't go out today and unfortunately we are done dispatching for today" "The good news is we can put you on the schedule first thing tommorrow between 9-12". I hung up. I own a business. The parts I was waiting for were supposed to be installed Saturday morning. Upon, learning they wouldn't be delivered that Friday, I rescheduled the job for today, between 1-3. I have lost the job due to this companies incompetency and inability to communicate.

This company should no get any loads the driver Is mad because I tell him to get the delivery we’re need to be and when I tell him the I calling his office and block him from living my parking load because he backup in to the materials the he delivery he push me when his truck trying to run me over I speak to his manager James bates he only have excuses about his driver actitud and actions I get and the Nesesity to call the police this company no deserve to have business from me or from anyone the drivers need angry management treatment they should no hold CDL license. You guys can see in the picture how the driver run over the paperwork the he should handle over to me
