I had a confirmed room reservation, yet upon arrival, I was told the room had been given away on a first-come, first-served basis—despite showing my confirmation. The hotel claims they use text messages to communicate about late check-ins, but I received no such communication. To make matters worse, there are no room keys or key cards. Every time we left, we had to ask staff to reopen our room. Their explanation for this was vague and questionable. On one occasion, I made sure all the lights were turned off before leaving, yet when we returned, they were back on—raising serious concerns about privacy and security. The room itself was subpar: Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Towels were thin and cheap The floor was visibly dirty A friend traveling with us also had their reservation canceled because they hadn’t paid in advance—something not mentioned anywhere on the booking site. This seems to be the real reason my room was given away. Overall, the customer service was poor, the policies are not clearly communicated, and the condition of the property is below standard. I cannot recommend this place and strongly suggest others proceed with caution.

Very young couple that runs and manages this place. Decent affordable safe place to get a good night's rest. The Folks here are doing all the can to make sure the guests are taken care of. In fact they are very attentive to your stay and what you need. Older Motel have stayed here 30 times over the years . If your coming through the small town of lacrosse Kansas make this your stop for the night. Recommend for the budget smart traveler. I'm here on business as a commercial window cleaner . I'd recommend this place and the managers are good people .👍👍👍👍

Horrible experience, sign says new management but the people working there seem to be inexperienced, rude, with no customer service skills. It rained while we were there and the water was coming in the door because of the way the foundation has settled and the parking lot is higher ground than the concrete sidewalk by the doors. Water stains on the carpet, smelled musty inside. The wifi is horrible. The wifi for the tv didn't work either The 'coin operated laundrymat' no machines work in it. The turntable for the microwave did not work. The drains for the shower and sink would get clogged after 10 seconds of running water. The toilet had yellow stains in it. Lighting was poor in room, needs Led lights. When i talked to the 'assistant manager' her husband, boyfriend or whatever he is kept interrupting and was rude, taking no responsibility for the conditions of the place and blaming us instead.

So I would have to give this a -0 rating. The key codes didn’t work on the doors so had to go to office to have them let you in. There was no hot water! Towels were very very thin. This place has gone way down hill. Have stayed here several times over the years when visiting family!
