AVOID at all costs. I ordered a Smart TV and Day & Ross was contracted to do the delivery. I paid a hefty fee for a "white glove delivery", as the package was large and I wanted it to be delivered inside the office. D&R showed up the first time without warning, with one driver and no helper. They did not have a dolly or any tools to be able to deliver it properly. So it had to go back. Even after speaking with dispatch and the manager, they still showed up 2 more times unprepared. 1 guy, no helper, no tools. It took D&R over a week to successfully deliver it. They have zero ability to communicate throughout their departments and the entire experience was awful. And to top it all off, they damaged the package.

Unbelievable. I thought when you threw our Dewalt table saw and chopsaw off in the snow bank at the end of our driveway, it was a one off. But to recieve our $2000.00 air conditioner in this condition?! Disgraceful and atrocious. Someone better deal with this.

Update. Days later, still no calls back when promised and no delivery. The company that shipped my product has talked to them and they swear they’re trying to get it to me on a Friday evening or even the Saturday, when they’ve told me they don’t do anything Saturday. The seller of my product is now sending me something new with another company and not using Day and Ross again. It’s all laughable. Why is there not a zero star option? I can not stress enough not to deal with this company. Had an attempted delivery Friday, and the most unprofessional driver I’ve ever experienced pulled up in the parking lot nowhere close to the door and said they’d leave my table there. He then said if that wasn’t good enough that he’d just take it back, so he left. I called the company and they apologized, said that another delivery that day wasn’t possible but it was scheduled for the next Tuesday and they’d call with 2-3 hours notice providing a time. Nothing at all on Tuesday, until someone called asking if I should be getting a delivery… wow. I work in the office 4 days a week and took my single day at home each week expecting this. They were supposed to call back this afternoon and nothing. Worst delivery experience possible. I’ll likely be sending this back to the supplier and up to them if they want to ship with someone else.

Do not use/trust this company. I was given an 8 hour window (9am-5pm) for pickup of an item. By 5pm, the driver didn't show. I called customer service and was told that the driver was 10-15 minutes away and would be here soon. I went out to be ready for the driver to make things easy. It's now 6pm and no pickup. I called customer service again and was told the local terminal isn't available anymore so they'll have to pickup another day. But then they put me on hold for on hold for 25 minutes, and when the representative returned, she told me that the driver was still on his way and would pick up tonight. I waited until 10pm, so a total of 13 hours. The driver never showed. Who's lying: the rep or the driver? Edit: the driver never came (surprise)--this day or any other--and I was never contacted by Day Ross to reschedule the pickup. I guess as far as they're concerned, they were supposed to pick up today and since they didn't, their job is done. GREAT JOB!
