Always had a phobia about going to the dentist but that was quickly dispelled once I started attending Simcoe Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are welcoming, put you at your ease, and make sure you are comfortable before and during any procedure. Dr. Michael, as they all do, listens to your concerns and does not rush you through your appointment. Trust is what I had to learn in coming back to the dentist; I stayed away because I couldn’t find one I felt I could. I give Simcoe Family Dentistry 10 out of 5 stars 😊

Me Myself

My family of 5 has been using Dr Michael and his practice for about 6 years, maybe more. We had always had a good experience, until the last few months. My family was in for another round of checkups, as we use a private hygienist, and a couple of fillings on the kids. Dr Micheal's current associate dentist was extremely rude and condescending when I asked a question about the filling, and proceeded to give me a lecture on how she was the expert and I was not, and implied that if I didnt agree with her, I was stupid. Just in the last few weeks, Dr Michael has been rude to his assistant hygienist every time we have been in, acting very rushed and yelling at them to "hurry up" and when I asked a question about the location of an issue with myself, he acted very immaturely and said "never mind" cancel the recall, as if I had no right to confirm the location that he wanted to treat. I realize people have bad days, but this seems to be one after the other and its not fair to his employees or his clients.
