Our experience has been positive from technician to the office staff, everyone seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Sam, our technician was fantastic! We now are able to lock our side garage door entrance and use all of our keypads as well as our vehicle door openers! He was very thorough and took time to make sure several times that all units were working. We now feel safe and secure again.
