I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the orthodontic treatment my daughter received from Davis orthodontist Coburg. From the beginning, we encountered numerous issues that caused unnecessary pain and financial burden. Firstly, during multiple appointments, the orthodontist caused my daughter to bleed, indicating a lack of care and precision. Furthermore, we were consistently overcharged for services, with bills that did not match the treatments provided. The most significant issue was the fitting of braces that were far too tight for my daughter. This resulted in severe pain, causing her to wake up crying in the night and endure five consecutive days of intense discomfort. This experience was distressing for both my daughter and our family. I strongly advise against using this orthodontist.

The worst experience I've had the displeasure of paying almost 10k for. They DO NOT listen to your concerns, I've complained numerous times that I had a tooth still crooked and it was causing discomfort and they would not take me seriously. after almost 3 years in braces, and MANY COMPLAINTS, I requested to have them removed bc THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU. I'm seeking ortho treatment elsewhere now as I still have a small gap in my front teeth...Which I complained about and was brushed off.
