richard loveluckI had Jeff Wright install a Rinnai system 18 months ago. He retired and recommended Vassar. Last October, we had them come in to do a routine servicing. Almost immediately, the system started malfunctioning and we had the same tech come out again but the system continued to malfunction. For the next two weeks, we tried to talk to somebody in authority at Vassar without success. He was avoiding us!!! We are using a different service and would never use Vassar again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

He was in an out and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Today Tony came out to install hoses on 3 commodes. I was very impressed with his work. Tony was very organized. He cleaned up after his work. He was good about asking my opinion and giving me advice when I asked him. I will definitely keep Vassar’s on speed dial at my house.
