From the very 1st interaction we had with Nick and his crew in person was a very great experience. We had called and spoke to Heather and explained the situation we were facing with the heating problem in my elderly mother’s mobile home. They were able to schedule her an appt to access the problem within 2 days. When they arrived, Nick spent over an hour going over every detail of the problem with my mother and I. At no point whatsoever did we ever feel as if he was trying to sell us something she didn’t need, overcharge her or take advantage of an elderly person. He advised my mother that he would be able to provide her with a quote by the end of the business day. Upon receiving the quote, we found it to be very reasonable and affordable not to mention he offered her a senior citizen discount. We knew almost immediately that we were going to go with Nick and his crew for the job that needed to done. Once the contract was signed, Nick and his crew were there within a day and a half installing the new heating and air unit. The crew were very polite, professional, and thorough explaining everything to my mother throughout the entire process. The entire process was done within a day and a half. I would absolutely recommend DAS to anyone needing any type of repair and or replacement to their HVAC system. I feel like they went above and beyond to provide a service both promptly and professional for my mother. The have been contact a couple times after the process was completed to confirm that everything was going well, and then my mother was completely satisfied and had no questions or concerns.

Nick and his team were great. They were on time for the appointment and flexible with their schedules. They found a few issues in their inspection and we corrected them on the spot. I appreciate their service and honesty and would definitely use them again in the future.

Best experience I’ve had with a HVAC company. The airflow on my 2nd floor was almost non existent over the past few years, making summer days/nights unbearable. Other companies came to look at the issue, and their only solution was to replace the entire system. The technician for DAS came out, diagnosed the root issue (which was a minor repair/replacement), and now I have proper cooling throughout my 2nd floor and can keep my HVAC system since they found no issues. I appreciate their honesty and great pricing, and my family will be forever thankful as summer is around the corner.
