CN Tortellini

For many years we ate “family style” menu here. It was always fantastic. As we have gotten older, we no longer eat as much as before so we decided on the menu dining side of the restaurant. The food still tastes great but portions aren’t what they used to be. In particular, the baked steak was more gravy than meat and was not filling considering the cost. Prices (like everywhere) have gone up here so it no longer feels like a good value. Sweet iced tea was decent and the raspberry cream pie was awesome as it always has been. The staff were very friendly and reasonably attentive even though they were busy. Overall, it’s still a family favorite but we wish the food to cost ratio was a little better. Maybe we should try the buffet again in the future.

This place was such a treat. It is more than just old time simple, comfort food. It is an experience. So many gift shops inside the massive building, and little shops outside including mini golf, ice cream, buggy rides! The food was yummy, I had the roast beef with cabbage. It was fantastic!! I bought a few gems and walked around. It would be easy to spend half a day or more there. Great spot to check out.

Wow! What an amazing place! Usually I find buffets to be subpar but this was great. Then ribs were tender - fall off the bone. The beef was also so tender and tasty. The fried chicken was the star of the show. It was crispy and delicious - some of the best I ever had. The server we had was so friendly too. I will definitely be back.

Amazing experience at the Das Dutchman! One of a kind place with a high Amish style buffet which includes an incredible fresh salad bar and desserts including cakes and puddings. The place is huge with a cute bakery on the side and souvenir shopping. Very reasonable price of $19.99 for all you can eat! We were stuffed. Tons of parking.
