They offer delivery but you should expect to wait for days as they delay and cancel and mess up those deliveries. Been getting deliveries for months and time after time, even when I call days ahead of time and double check arrangements I find the delivery wasn’t made, and have to make yet another appointment or walk over to make the pickup. They don’t return calls when they say they will. To be clear the problems are not with the delivery people, but clearly with the office not bothering to complete paperwork and follow through on what they say.

The pharmacist is a young lady with skills and diplomacy to get even the impossible to be possible from the usually Nasty Health insurance Companies of New York State _ all the pharmacy staff are very friendly & the available doctors at the HiV clinic of Dr. Rick Hsu & Dr. Eric Leach, all on the 12th floor ( HIV Clinic _ HIV Case Management & the AHF Pharmacy ) : The name for the Clinic & Pharmacy is under the AHF International HiV / AIDS Foundation, but the medical care of Dr. Rick Hsu & Dr. Eric Leach remain the best to our NYC LGBT communities just like it has been for decades.

This pharmacy is great! I had a prescription stolen from my apartment and they went above and beyond to help me get a new prescription filled and gave me assistance in the meantime. They are personable and welcoming. They even offer me something to drink if I come before my prescription is filled. They also seem to be having a great time at work which makes me feel comfortable and safe in their space.
