Teresa MartinezI left a voicemail and within 30 minutes, I received a call back from Kevin. He said they were booked until 4 days out. However, he said he would stop by on the way to another job to assess and provide a quote. He called back within 10 minutes, provided a quote and saw the danger to leave the uprooted tree as is. Kevin offered to cut down some of the tree to alleviate the weight and danger. By the end of the same day of my call, Kevin and the team had the tree completely removed! He was very professional, understanding and responsive! I would definitely recommend using their services!
