Customer experiences
They make it impossible to cancel this place. They try to force you not to be requesting documents you can’t provide. My son joined moved back home and they are telling him that he has to provide proof. There is no proof to show besides his ID with home address that that say is not good enough. Stay far away from this gym. They are more concerned about a monthly fee than just letting someone cancel a membership. Total money grab for sure. They do not care about customers. Customer service is terrible. It should be simple if you move or just don’t feel like working out anymore you should be able to just cancel. It’s not like when you join you are forcing them to invest money or anything of that sort. They have treated my son like crap end result they are telling us we have to pay for 7 more months to cancel even though we now live 60 miles away
I joined this gym a week ago. Initially, I was apprehensive because of the google reviews but decided to give it a try after a friend referred me. This gym and community have been great and live up to the Equinox standards. Not sure where the negativity is coming from. The staff are wonderful and committed to making the experience top notch!
Mixed feelings about this club. The temperature is too cold, the Pilates classes are always booked as soon as you can book them (24 hours in advance). Not worth the expense. I won’t be renewing the membership. Personal trainer and private Pilates classes cost 140 per session (50 mins) on top of the membership.
I really want to like this facility due to its location and recent membership purchased , but it does need a lot of upgrades to be at par with other luxury gyms. Locker rooms are small and crowded. We also need more machines. I really don’t see any luxury that they advertise. Not worth the money. Only good thing so far is the wet towel they provide
Dallas Strength and Conditioning is a physical fitness program.
