Monica JimenezI got nothing near what I was expecting from a prestigious place. My hair ended up looking nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. Maybe a men’s barber would’ve done a better job on my hair. The stylist made comments and complained about how I had so much hair and that the haircut would take “forever”. If she wasn’t qualified to cut my hair she should’ve let me know before charging me the $70. It looks like she did not even finish the haircut. Very dissatisfied. Now I will have to pay someone else to finish what she could not.
