I’ve always received great customer service from this company. I recently called about my furnace not working and Gerald had it diagnosed and sorted out within 45 minutes of arrival. Additionally, Owen and Matt stopped by today to replace my hot water tank and were extremely efficient and courteous. They ensured I understood the upgrades they made to the existing valves and went over the new equipment with me. Very pleased with my overall experience with this company and their employees.

Scott and Adam were just at our home to exchange a hot water tank. They were both efficient and took great care to cover the stairs and pathway to the furnace room where they were working. They explained what they had done and showed us features we needed to be aware of. Unfortunately they had to bring the vent pipe to our backyard up to code because we had added a deck since the house was built 7 yrs ago, but there was no charge and it only entailed the vent pipe protruding from the wall another foot or so. So all in all we are very pleased with Scott and Adam’s expertise and the work they did today in our home. Thanks guys!
