They lost my LVLs. Its been 2 weeks and I still don't have an answer on how they are going to fix this situation!!! We have photo evidence the driver never strapped them down!!!

I had a delivery couple days ago and the driver Sam with 5 tone truck! He is very polite and helpful with great customer service! I recommend him.

Unload a driver today and he accused me of hitting the tailgate. Which wasn't true as I was careful. Please inform your drivers not to pick fights and make baseless accusations. Maintain professional attitude.

You get what you pay for. Okay as a last resort but never a first choice. Large turn around of drivers and a lot of inexperienced one’s at that. Would not recommend. *Edit:* Thanks, it’s encouraging to know that the ‘least you can do, is the best you can do according to Custom Courier Standards but then again, if the bar is so low, no one should be disappointed over their own poor decisions. 🤨
