Constantly behind on refilling on Prescriptions, You can call and ask them to have things ready, receive the confirmation your meds are ready only to go in and the staff have nothing done. Expect to wait about 30 minutes just for a refill too as staff lingers around behind the counter. If you leave a poor review too on their lack of customer service they will call you and every number on file to bother you about the review while doing nothing to actually better their service. Id give 0 stars if possible don’t call me to discuss this review.

I contacted 22 pharmacies—including several compounding pharmacies—in search of a specific medication I needed in preparation for a procedure that had previously made me very ill. After being turned away repeatedly, Lisa at Custom Care was the only one who could help. She was not only willing, but genuinely eager to assist, and had my prescription ready within just a couple of days. I’m happy to share that the procedure is now behind me, and thanks to this preventative medication, I stayed well. Thank you, Lisa!
