the admission process here sucks, it's been over a week and they've just be asking for more documents and are being vague. they say "we'll call you," but they don't and no one picks up the phone. very poor management. the receptionist has no idea about the curriculum and just says random stuff to get you to leave. very disappointed. they need to fix their time management and communication skills.

The process at this college is extremely slow. I had to wait much longer than expected for basic procedures, and there seems to be a lack of urgency from the staff. Communication is also delayed. Definitely an area that needs improvement.
