I’m really disappointed. I used to be a regular guest and was always satisfied, but this time the service was terrible. Nobody answers the phone no matter when you call, and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers. That’s unacceptable for a hotel. Such a shame — I definitely won’t be coming back.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. From the moment I checked in, everything felt unprofessional and poorly managed. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with basic amenities either broken or missing. The staff showed little to no concern for guest comfort and any requests I made were either ignored or handled with complete indifference.

Extremely useless and bad hotel. I went to check in the day before yesterday — I stood waiting from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The reception staff was extremely rude. At 2:40 PM, they finally gave me a room, and it was a horrible one — no towels, no clean washroom, no soap, no shampoo, nothing. And the worst part — the AC wasn’t working at all. It was unbearably hot. Then I went to the reception and argued, and I told them I would call the police. Only then did they fix the AC — two hours later. There were many guests there also complaining. It was my first and last time there.
