Opened a new bag of rice, immediately saw a bug, quickly closed it but saw a bug come out of it. I quickly put the bag of rice in a zip lock and saw that it was infested with tiny live black bugs all within the bag of rice. Once it was in the zip lock I could see them crawling around within the rice and coming out of the bag. I have called twice and emailed twice and have not received a response. Very bad customer service considering they could have a bug infestation! This was a previously sealed and just opened bag of rice. I was (and still am) very traumatized from these bugs.

I've never had an issue when buying Molisana products! My favourite for many many years! If you haven't tried it you definitely need too!
