However, over the past two to three months, we have encountered numerous problems, including damaged shipments, excessive and unjustifiable charges without prior notice, a lack of accountability, and poor customer service. Iām not sure what has changed within their company recently, but one thing is certain, we will no longer continue working with such an unreliable and untrustworthy company. They have truly redefined the concept of highway robbery!

Ana CummingsA more than disappointing experience. Notwithstanding the delivery and cross border fees, I paid an extra $35 for tailgate service, which was fine, but was later hit with an unexpected $75 charge for āpushingā the skid into my bay. I have never been charged this kind of fee, in 20 years of business. The skid was only an inch from the bay door, with the street just outside, making it impossible to leave it there as it obstructs traffic. The skid actually moved further INSIDE the truck than it did outside. I abhor uncommunicated and unreasonable āfeesā like this, it is very deceptive. I will not be using their services again.
PSM CalgaryNever will I deal with this company. The Calgary Local dispatcher Jennifer Fanjoy was extremely rude and condescending. They told me one thing on the phone but it was different when they emailed me. Guy shows up at my warehouse to make a pick up when nothing was finalized and the customs docs that we were asked for were not supplied. Had the nerve to charge us an attempt fee of $50.00. Well I will gladly pay you that and not give you the thousands for the delivery. Stay far away from this company! Will also be posting this all over social media.
