Aug 14/19 I brought in a "cheap" watch that had a lot of sentimental attachment to see if the jeweller could replace the crystal face as it was damaged while keeping all of the other parts the same. The jeweller went more than out of his way to help us restore the watch working for some time using parts from a new watch to repair the old watch. This watch belonged to my father who has passed and is now in the possession of my brother who is palliative with lung cancer. It is his birthday tomorrow (Aug 15th). I HIGHLY recommend Western Jewellery to everyone. They are very compassionate, professional and extremely reasonable. I really appreciate their efforts.
