Moved away months ago. Sent in my cancellation form. They continued to charge me even though I haven’t been there in 8 months. Now they’re charging my backup card after I canceled the primary card and their reasoning is my contract auto renewed, after I sent in a cancellation request months ago. Why do you need to bleed people dry?? I’m $100’s in the hole on this place for months. Unwelcome atmosphere is the main reason I stopped going. Not a fan of this place at all.
