Nicole HendersosnAs you can see by the picture, these shoes were advertised for $74.99. They rung up for $89.99. When I pointed this out to the manager (Mark in store #393). He said the SKU numbers were different on the tag. I asked that I be given the advertised price because a customer wouldn’t know that. As the shoes were placed, they were advertised for $74.99. He admitted that they move things around all the time and this may have gotten overlooked by mistake. This is not the customer’s fault. He refuses to discount the shoes to the advertised price. When I told him I’d buy them for the set price, but I’d file a complaint, he went back to put a blank tag there as if it was missing a price tag to cover up the mistake. When I took them to the original display, it was placed as shown. The customer service was terrible and I don’t appreciate being painted as a liar. 😡

Kevin MainoCyrus was rude and condescending. I was returning my shoes to exchange for a smaller size. I was told that bc the box doesn't scan that Cyrus assumed I got it from other store. I told him that we got it from this store and he made it seem like I was a liar. So I will never shop at this location again wow. Not helpful at all!
