The guy at the front desk was really nice. This is the only reason why they're even getting a star. I was supposed to start with a personal trainer today at 9AMand she wasn't there. I waited 30 minutes and she never showed up. So hopefully I'll get a phone call for a reschedule or I get put with someone different. I will give them a chance and see where it goes. I also got a hydro massage while I waited and noticed that the place isn't really all that clean. But we shall see if things get better. I will keep you all posted.

I came in tonight to finish setting up my membership. I ended up leaving with a super energizing workout that made me feel good. Dezere at the front desk, she is absolutely phenomenal she gave me a wonderful tour she explained things to me and made me feel like family as soon as I walk in the door. I love the brand new workout machines that they have the group fitness classes and the sauna! I'm so glad I made that switch to Crunch Fitness. It's like I'm still paying the same price but I have more amenities and that's always bomb! Definitely recommend this gym 10 out of 10 I can't wait to come back!

An amazing staff is always clean, and the locker rooms are great. And they have awesome classes to keep you on track.

Love it. Super clean. Pretty good size. Better machines than Planet fitness, comparable to LAC or The Factory only they're 24 hours. They have a hip thrust machine and a hack squat machines. More free weights, personal trainers, daycare, tanning. I'm switching from planet for sure.
