I was truly excited to live in a new build brownstone, however when I finally got keys to all parts of the property by May 4th I knew the property was not move in ready. I let them know then that I was prepared to break my lease and they assured me that if I provided a list of repairs they would get it done. Well it’s been a month and not only have the repairs not been completed but new maintenance issues arise daily. I have to send 5 emails before I get an undermining response from the property manager whom I have yet to meet and he refuses to give me a call or answer my calls. The major issue that makes this apartment unlivable is the smoke detectors. They are the loud beeping smoke detectors and they go off every 2 hours most likely due to an electrical issue. The alarm is loud enough to be heard throughout the building and on the street. If someone does come out to “fix” them they simply change out the detectors and the problem continues. I’ve had to relocate my dog due to his noise phobia and anxiety and I’m looking to relocate myself. Overall I would not suggest them as any type of management company because they do not manage. Hopefully you don’t make the mistake I made.

Crump Realty Group has been wonderful throughout my stay in their property. Their turn around time with request is unmatched. I am highly satisfied as a tenant. Certainly would recommend others looking to rent/buy through CRG. 10/10

Currently under this management where I live. Myself and my Boyfriend have been dealing with extremely noisy neighbors that live above us. We've reported it. No response. In fact, they barely respond to any issues unless they're forced by CHA. I'm disabled, and my conditions are flaring due to the constant thumping, leaving me with an insufficient sleep pattern. It's been about 6 months now. Nothing has been done. They definitely don't care as long as rent is paid. They're are charging way too much and the place is not worth it. I miss South Side Stories Management. Even their EMERGENCY line is through TEXT instead of voice. Crump is TRASH.

I’ve been a tenant of Crump Realty Group since 2013. His apartments are modern, his hardwood floors are well kept, and his buildings almost always have that personal touch, with each floor having different paintings or some form of quality art work on the walls. He has modern appliances, state of the art washer/dryer, awesome light fixtures, and makes sure your heating and air conditioning units are working before you move in. His staff is courteous, and his maintenance crew is prompt to maintenance requests. His landscapers keep up the grounds, they plant flowers, and decorate around the building according to season. I recommended my daughter and her family, and they have been a tenant of Crump Realty Group since 2014.  Honestly, I feel like a pampered tenant.
