Angie booked my friends and I a girls trip to an all inclusive resort near Cancun. The whole process of working with her was fabulous! She was so helpful. Sent us all our travel documents prior to the trip with well organized instructions. The resort was wonderful, we had zero complaints. Angie was very knowledgeable and I’m so glad we worked with her! There are so many resorts, hard to know which to choose, was very nice to have her guidance.

My Husband and I have had a Travel Agent prior to this one. We HEARD about this one so thought we would give them a try 🤣. Needless to say that this place done ONLY BOOK our Cruise. They didn't even print out our Luggage tags nor our Boarding passes 😒. Well my Husband asked 2 other people to help & print those 4 items. These 2 people TRULY TRIED & I thanked both of them. They just didn't have some of the information they had to have. I had to go back to the Travel Agent to tell her SHE had to get those printed for us !!! She said to me that they NEVER DO THAT KINDA STUFF FOR THEIR CLIENTS 🤔😲😲🙈🙉 👎. Well why did we pay SUCH A HIGH RATE?? If I would have known he was going to change, I would have let our Daughter do it!!

I just got back from Punta Cana.I wasn't told of the. All-inclusive resorts that catered more to singles,thus I ended up around couples and families.I will not use this agency again
