*The worst experience with REGENCY VEKA *VIHAN ARVIND RAJ* —unprofessional, unethical, and downright terrible service.* As an architect, I deal with vendors all the time, but this was by far the worst. From the start, this dealer was a complete nightmare—demanding *100% advance payment* just to take up the order, refusing to send profile samples unless I paid an extra ₹3,000 (which no professional vendor does), and even refusing to take proper site measurements. Instead, he quoted an excess 4 sqft in the invoice and *flat-out refused to correct it*,demanding I pay for what wasn’t even needed. After endless back and forth, VEKA’s company team had to step in to fix the mess *their dealer created* and ensure proper delivery and installation. The company itself was responsive, but the dealer was the real problem. Even after I cleared 90% of the payment and paid the final amount post-installation, I got *rude, unprofessional messages questioning whether I was even an architect, just because I didn’t pick up his calls immediately*. For context, I was in a temple at the time. If this is how they treat an architect, imagine how they treat regular customers who don’t have industry knowledge. *Avoid this dealer at all costs unless you enjoy being harassed, scammed, and disrespected*. VEKA as a brand handled the situation well, but they seriously need to reconsider who represents them. 11th March 2025 - Inspite of such pathetic behaviour towards a customer, ARVIND RAJ has the audacity to get in contact with me again and accuse of payment not being made (inspite of clear payment receipts shared), and asks to take down my review of the experience I have had. This person has zero professionalism whatsoever and really has some personal issues.

Worst service ever. Will take weeks together to get the work done. Neither the owner or staff will answer the calls. Damaged the walls also while installing only the mesh of existing tracks. Never go with them for any job.
