My daughter and I have happily completed multiple sessions of the Chiro Mom and Chiro Kid programs offered by Dr. Adrienne. We began our journey with chiropractic visits, and 15 months later, are proud fans of all that Dr. Adrienne has to offer. She goes above and beyond to be empowering, accommodating and encouraging to moms and babies. She offers advice without judgment and meets the needs of each unique individual. From a postpartum perspective, she has created a space for moms to set and reach realistic goals in diverse workout classes, as part of a running group and in 5km races. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue doing the things I love in these programs with her guidance and support. For my daughter, Dr. Adrienne is attentive to just about every detail there is to know about a growing baby. She challenges each child in a positive way to reach milestones according to personal needs. The Chiro Kid classes are something we both look forward to every week. I would highly recommend Dr. Adrienne and her programs. Being part of the community Dr. Adrienne has built during my maternity leave is unlike anything I expected to experience. She brings normalcy to crazy mom life and makes possible accomplishments that may seem out of reach. Thank you for making this journey a fun and rewarding experience!

Dr. Adrienne is the baby whisperer! She is extremely knowledgeable in all things baby. Her Chiro kid program was an amazing experience and helped our son thrive. She provides great recommendations and exercises to practice with baby learning new skills.
