The absolute worst dental clinic I have had to deal with. They do not answer phones, you will have to go schedule your appointments in person. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. You need to make an online appointment portal or something. Get it together.

They will tell you that everything looks fine just to get you up and out of their seats. Went off base and got treatment where they had a lot more to say about my dental situation. When I asked the dental clinic at buckley why they said I was good they responded with "places outside are just going to add things on to get money out of you" so I responded with "so my gums are fine" and they said "no they are not"... So they will tell you you're fine and write in your notes that you're not fine. Great system. Now they won't allow me to go to a dentist I trust without paying out of pocket. Horrible health care. If you have the option to go remote. Maybe you'll get decent care.

Definitely my least favorite dental clinic in the military. Recently posted a very draconian late policy, refused to clean my teeth because I was 5 minutes late, said I need fillings but have no appointments for months... the worst part is that I can't even go anywhere else to be seen because tricare dental and active duty! I wish I could go be seen by a real dental office filled with professionals who actually know how to run a clinic and not a bunch of folks benefiting from the fact that they can't be fired.

Great people who know what they are doing. Very prompt and ensure that everyone is taken care of at the right time in the order that they were received. The staff here is superb and is always ensuring that you know what they are doing and how it's being done. Every instance I have been here I always walk out knowing that I have been taken care of properly. No issues or concerns that I have had.
