Have been a member here for about a year and doing CrossFit for 10. This gym is amazing. The owner and coaches take pride in the space (incredible clean), equipment, and development of the members. The programming is well rounded and appropriate for any level. The community here is world class, both competitive and inclusive. No matter what you are looking for in a gym, Rua has it!!!

Extremely happy I found CrossFit Rua. It’s a great facility with awesome coaches. They take the time to ensure proper form and always offer a variety of scale options. The community is extremely supportive and welcoming. I strongly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym.

CrossFit RUA is an amazing facility that welcomes athletes of all fitness levels, no matter where you may be in your fitness journey. The owner & staff have cultivated a great community to provide support, care, and accountability for all members. I have been to several CrossFit gyms throughout the years when finishing school; grateful that Dawn has always been extremely accommodating to schedules throughout it all!

I joined CrossFit Rua 2 1/2 years ago. I love everything about this gym : the variety of workouts, the great coaches, the equipment, the large and clean workout space, and especially the members who are all friendly and encouraging to each other. I also really like that we do outside events and outings throughout the year together which makes going to CrossFit Rua more like hanging out with friends.
