Horrible experience , I was notified 1 day before requested date for receiving an empty container saying they can not send it, and the only way they can send empty container on required date and time is paying 3200 cad additional , stay away from this company! 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. They were paid to clear a package and they didn't bother. My package has been with customs for weeks with no update from ITN. Their communication is absolutely abysmal, I need to message them daily in order to have them take a look at my packages status only to then realize they never did what they were paid thousands of dollars to do. If you want your package to sit in customs then get incinerated, you can rely on ITN. Otherwise this company is a complete scam.

My family and I were relocating to Ontario from Alberta. I searched and got estimates from various truck/transport companies and they quoted over $12K- cost varied by weight. I was very apprehensive with truck companies as I've heard and seen horror stories on the news about them holding your belongings hostage. I came across ITN through Google Search and was very curious about transporting my belongings via train. Viktor explained and answered many, many questions I had. He organized the whole process and I was surprised how fast we received our things. Cost wise it was a fraction of the price of using a transport truck company. I highly recommend ITN!

Got a missed call from this number twice. No voicemail left. Called back, the lady who answered said she had no idea who could have called from their 'large company' and that was it. I said that they didn't bother leaving a voicemail and then she responded "like I said I have no idea who called" and then hung up. Did not try to ask any questions to help at all. I tried calling again twice but seems like she is ignoring my calls. I have never experienced customer service like this from a logistics company.
