We hired this contractor on behalf of someone else who is seriously ill with MS. After paying him over $400 to fix our unlevel door, he applied some grease, but within a week, the door was having the same issues and shifted again. Despite months of follow-ups, he kept giving excuses and never came back to fix the problem. When we kindly reminded him about the unfinished work and the warranty he promised, he became rude, yelling and swearing at both me and my wife. Instead of addressing the issue, he told us to hire someone else, even though he’s supposed to stand by his work. This is beyond unprofessional, and we’re left dealing with a door that’s falling apart, despite paying for a solution. Be cautious if you ever consider hiring this company. He is part of a religious community in parkland county and I find that’s where he didn’t agree with me because of our beliefs and he not being church people. Highly unprofessional.

1970 wood shop door almost killed me when the spring broke it was a unusually cold Alberta winter day and I had to feed my cows! Called cross-country and they showed up within an hour helped me get my tractor out of my shop! We decided to replace the old doors and Cross Country showed up the next day! Fast forward 10 years and one of the wheel bearing went, called and I was just given the part no questions asked!
