I have a greatly enjoyed and benefited from my time with District Performance & Physio. Ariella is extremely knowledge with the pelvic floor and was incredibly helpful with vaginismus. I was feeling better after only a few sessions, which was shocking to me as I’ve been dealing with this issue for years. I know this is because of Ariella’s plan for care as well as her patience and passion for explaining the process to her patients. I’ve always wanted to leave one of those “I solved 10 years of back pain” reviews, and DPP finally gave me that opportunity. Working with Fatima genuinely helped change a decade of deep chronic pain patterns. Her open mindedness, receptivity, and deep catalog of movements are what made the difference. She listened to every data point I shared, and we would test out different movements together until we built the right plan. She helped me identify the right kind of discomfort and push through it. I’m really happy with my experience here. The only downside is they don’t take insurance, so it can be pricey, but the cost was well worth the recovery.

I injured my back a year ago and was in enough pain that I desperately needed to see someone. I came across District Performance and was able to schedule an appointment with Emily within a day or two. During my very first session, she quickly identified the root cause of my pain (weak hip flexors) and not only provided effective manual therapy but also walked me through targeted exercises that reduced my pain significantly by the next day. Since then, I have continued seeing Emily over the past year. She is incredibly friendly and patient, with a genuine interest in understanding what is going on and finding practical solutions that actually work. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain the reason behind each exercise and ensures everything is doable at home. We have worked through a range of mobility and stability issues, and I can honestly say it has made a noticeable difference in both my gym performance and day-to-day comfort. The facility itself is also excellent, spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend District Performance and especially Emily to anyone looking for thoughtful, results-driven physical therapy.
