Worst experience. DO NOT BUY PANASONIC AC. WATER AND GAS LEAK IN INDOOR UNIT AND HUGE NOISE IN OUTDOOR UNIT. I was recommended Panasonic AC by the sales guy. After few days of installation, water and gas started to leak from indoor unit into the room. The outdoor unit makes huge noise. The After sales in-charge in Croma, Bala and Alex were useless in getting any support. The only Panasonic authorized service center in Coimbatore, Zam Zam A/C Service, Velandipalayam run by Rahman are highly unprofessional and do not have any qualified technician. The Panasonic A/C Service head for Tamil Nadu, Darwin Guru, also could not provide proper solution to the issue. Overall, the investment on Panasonic AC is a total waste, especially if you are from Coimbatore.

Worst experience. They are not treating people equally. Waited for around 20 mins for laptop quotation no one responded. Still there were people standing simply and talking to each other.

Visited for enquiring on laptop. sales person were not much interested in giving information about it.they have variety of brands since did not get any clear information I could not decide on it...after buying some other product had to wait for a very longtime to bill the product but there wasn't any queue..they were keen on billing the persons who had brought much costlier products. After waiting for sometime had to ask whether they will bill or not ,then finally billed.disappointed.
