Very Best Customer Service... You can buy any home appliances with guaranteed satisfaction. Whether it's a small value item or a high amount product, it looks easy to finalize our plans. We went there to buy 2 Split AC, got it finalized within a short time and got the delivery on the same day.

Bought an iPhone 15 two days back . Previously I was using iPhone 11 model and I bought the new phone with exchange option . Everything was fine till this . I am unaware of buying the charging adapter and asked for it but the apple sales executive Arvind didn’t gave me a heads up about the product. Without the proper support, I bought the adapter also because I have absolutely no idea about the charging adapter but i got to know that my previous phone’s adapter and the new one was the same . As a professional, he should’ve told me not to buy when I insisted of buying the adapter but he didn’t . Later I reached out the croma and the sales executive but they refused to take it back even though , they clearly mentioned about exchange in their terms and conditions. ₹1900/- spent was wasted .extremely disappointed. He should have helped me better :)

100% not recommended to buy things here in singanallur croma...it's been a week of purchase still installation people coming to install things at night 11 clock...is it right timings allocated to install from whirlpool and croma side... worst experience please don't buy things here.. like to rate your service under (minus -5 star)
